Easily, the steps that I normally use for landing sites
I DXi first page of Google is less than a month (although for
Longtail low competition keywords) are as follows:

1. Onpage SEO
-Install WordPress (most rapid in the crawl google)
Install the templates that SEO-Friendly
-Install Plugins AIO SEO Pack, Booster SEO, Search Term Tagging,
Google XML
Sitemap, relevant post
-Create a page About us, Contact us, and Privacy Policy
-Create a linkback to official sites such as wikipedia, youtube, etc.
AIO SEO Pack-setting according to the keywords that we want to shoot
10 Post-Create rich in keywords in it (at least 5%)
-Create a link back to the homepage of our site in every post we
- (optional) set the H1, H2, and H3
2. SEO Offpage
-Register profile link in forums that are relevant to the blog site
us, you can use the software or manually (100 profile
link in the relevant forum)
-Bookmarks every post on our blog every day, can use
OnlyWire or software (at least on digg, stumbleupon, technorati and dellicious)
-Comment on blogs do follow the relevant (100 comments)
-And most important is the anchor text in that post
leads to our blog. Can be through paid review, or article submissions
